Mentoring Program Resources
Americans for the Arts/Illinois Arts Alliance
The Emerging Leaders Network at Americans for the Arts has posted a Mentoring Program Toolkit online. At the heart of it is a D.I.Y resource designed to assist local arts agencies, nonprofit service organizations and others with designing and implementing a facilitated career mentoring program. Please see the following links to the AFTA website for complete information or to use the tool kits. The original toolkit provided by Arts Alliance Illinois and incorporated as part of this website was developed by Victoria Plettner-Saunders and (then) AAI Deputy Director Lisa May Simpson.
